Current Positions
To support our ongoing expansion and contract growth with a global energy client, which we are joint-delivering with our close partners Sword, we have a number of exciting permanent positions, based from Phusion’s specialist IM hub in Billingham.

Engineering Technician
This is an office-based role and involves working with engineering specifications, drawings, documents and engineering data such as spare parts information. Using a variety of tools, including Phusion’s in-house software, Engineering Technicians process engineering information to ensure it is Complete, Correct, Consistent and Connected.
Instrument/Electrical Engineer
Our engineers apply their technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to support the build of digital twins for the process engineering sector. You will work as part of an integrated project team who are tasked with reviewing, organising, structuring and inputting the technical information required to build a digital twin for a new build or existing asset.
Software Developer
The Software Developer role requires a committed and reliable person who takes pride in their work and the accuracy of the outcome. You will be a confident, capable and personable individual, willingly contributing to a team objective, whilst being equally comfortable working independently. You will be a good problem solver with a forward-thinking approach and actively engaged with new technologies.
